Kit Haggard is a writer and editor.

Her fiction has appeared in The Kenyon Review, Prairie Schooner, Electric Literature, and The Masters Review, among other places; critical essays on queer literature and fabulism have appeared in a number of outlets. Haggard is a Bread Loaf scholar and Mass Cultural Council Artist fellow, and the recipient of the Jane Geske Award, the St. Botolph Emerging Artists Award, the Rex Warner Prize, and the Nancy Lynn Schwartz Prize for Fiction. Books she’s edited have been named best of the year by the New York Times and Tor.com, among other accolades.
